Swimming Pool Rules - All guests must pay the price of admission or have a current season pass to enter. - Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible person age 16 or older. - Animals are prohibited with the exception of service animals. Service animals are allowed on the deck only, not in the water. - Tobacco products, chewing gum, alcoholic beverages, glass containers, grills, lights, illegal substances, knives or weapons are not allowed inside the pool area. Bags and coolers are subject to search. - Guests may be requested to complete a swim test to access certain areas of the pool. - Non-swimmers and weak swimmers may be required to wear a life jacket. - Guests must be 48" tall to ride the water slides. - Inflatable toys and water toys allowed at staff discretion. Swimming Pool Rules - Bathing suits must be worn on the deck and in the water. Men's bathing suits must have mesh linings. Hats may be worn on the deck for sun protection but are not allowed in the water. Plain white T-shirts may be worn over bathing suits if desired. Sneakers are not permitted. Rubber flip flops or water shoes are permitted. - No urinating or defecating in the pools. - Children under 16 must be at least eight inches taller than the maximum water depth to enter the pool without adult supervision. Specific height requirements are posted at every pool. - No person will be permitted in the pool having: skin lesions, sores, or inflamed eyes, mouth, nose or ear discharge, carrying communicable disease or having any type of bandages, adhesive tape, etc., on their body. - All bathers must take a shower in the locker room before entering the pool. - Patrons must provide and use their own padlock. No responsibility is assumed for lost articles. A standard combination lock is recommended. Small luggage locks are not permitted. - The use of swimming aids, water toys, and flotation devices is prohibited. - Electronic equipment, including radios, cameras, and cellular phones, is not allowed on pool deck. - Eating or drinking is permitted only in designated areas. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited. - Beach chairs, baby strollers, bags, blankets, or beach balls are not permitted on the pool deck. We will make our best effort to secure strollers. - Follow the directives of lifeguards, pool staff, and the police. - Ball playing, running, jumping, using profane language or other forms of disruptive and disorderly behavior are prohibited. - No diving, except in designated areas. - No smoking, pets, or glass bottles permitted. - Books and bound periodicals are permitted on the pool deck. Swimming Pool Rules - Any child between the ages of 0 through 10 years of age must be supervised by a person at least 18 years of age with proper swim attire and must remain with that adult at all times. Any child 11 years of age or older does not need to have anyone accompany them. - Remember children still in diapers must be wearing approved swim diapers in order to use our swimming pool. - No one is allowed in the pool area unless a lifeguard is on duty. - Approved swim attire must be worn while swimming at all times. This means swim wear only. No cutoffs, denim shorts or basketball shorts that are hanging off the body. All swimwear must have a liner. - Swim attire must be made of lycra, spandex or nylon. - No one having a contagious disease or infectious condition or having bandaging or healed abrasions will be allowed in the pool, including fresh tattoos. Refer any of the above cases to the Pool Supervisor. - Chewing gum and smoking are prohibited. - No running, pushing, shoving, horseplay or any other type of boisterous activity will be allowed in the pool area. - No breakable containers or glass allowed in the pool area. - Personal flotation devices may be used for therapeutic or rehabilitative purposes and may be used only with prior approval of the Pool Supervisor and a doctors note. All other flotation devices are prohibited for all patrons including children with the exception of coast guard approved lifejackets. - The use or possession of alcohol and drugs on city property is prohibited. - Anyone suspected to be under the influence will be prohibited from entering the facility. - Patrons are responsible for their own valuables and personal items. - Masks, fins and snorkels are not permitted.

Swimming Pool Rules - All rules and requests made by lifesaving personnel must be followed. - All patrons entering the facility during Recreation/Lap Swim times are required to pay the facility admission fee. Parents wishing to watch their children that are 7 years and older during recreation swim are not required to pay the adult admission fee, but must remain in the designated spectator area.- Children under 7 years old or less than four feet tall must be accompanied by a parent or responsible person in a swim suit at all times including in the water, on the deck and in the restroom. While in the water, the parent/responsible person must remain within arms reach at all times. - All children under the age of 4 years old must wear a swimsuit diaper or plastic pants and swim suit regardless of toilet training. No cloth or disposable diapers are allowed. - Persons in the water must wear acceptable swim suits. T-shirts are not allowed. A tight fitting rash guard is acceptable. - Animals are not allowed in the building or pool area, with the exception of guide/service dogs. Guide/service dogs are allowed on deck, but not in the water. - Persons under the influence of alcohol or narcotics will be denied admission and/or asked to leave the premises.- Candy, food or beverages are not allowed except in designated area provided for eating or drinking. No glass items, chewing gum or smoking is permitted in the facility. - Flotation devices (water wings, swim suits with floats etc.) are not allowed. Toys, snorkels and masks are not allowed unless part of organized activity or approved by the Pool Manager. Lifejackets must be U.S. Coast Guard approved. - Suntan oils may not be used by sunbathers or swimmers. The use of sunscreen is encouraged; however, patrons must shower before re-entering the pool. - All patrons must shower before entering the pool. Persons with open cuts, sores, bandages, colds, coughs or infected eyes are not permitted in the pool. - Spitting, spouting or nose-blowing in the pool is strictly prohibited. - Everyone must pass a swim test before entering deep water. Weak or non-swimmers must remain in shallow water not deeper than their armpits. - Lying on the deck close to the edge of the pool where swimmers may trip over sunbathers is dangerous. Sunbathers must lie or sit at least three (3) feet away from the edge of the pool or in a designated area for such activity. - Dangerous practices are prohibited. Patrons must not run on decks; climb, sit or jump from fences: dive in shallow water (less than 9 feet deep): dunk, push, pull or splash swimmers. Jumps are permitted feet first. Back jumps, twisting and flips are not permitted at any time. - Diving in water less than nine (9) feet deep, back dives, somersaults, cannon balls from the side of the pool or any other unsafe activity are not permitted. - Do not engage with the lifeguard in unnecessary conversation. - Emergency procedures must be observed. Swimmers must leave the pool area immediately upon the signal or request of the Pool Manager. - Foul or abusive language will not be tolerated. - Walk at all times. DO NOT RUN.
