District of Columbia No Smoking Signs and Labels

These District of Columbia no smoking signs show everyone in your facility that smoking is prohibited under DC Code Section 7-1704. This law mandates that owners, managers, or those in charge of places where smoking is prohibited post these signs. Signs must be visible to the public at the entrance to the area and on the interior of the area in sufficient number in a manner that gives notice to the public of the applicable law.
