THIS IS A SMOKE-FREE BUILDING NO SMOKING OR ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE USE within 15 feet of the entrance or openable window to this public place. Swimming Pool Rules - Diving in shallow areas is not allowed. Signs indicate areas where patrons should not dive. Throwing of bathers or allowing bathers to dive from each other's shoulders or knees is also not allowed. - Two speaker radios or oversized one speaker radios are not allowed. - Fighting or rough horseplay is not allowed. This includes chicken fighting and dunking. - SCUBA equipment (tank, regulator and buoyancy control device) is not allowed unless used by a SCUBA class. Snorkels are allowed if they are used with supervision. - Frisbees, tennis balls or any hard balls are not allowed. - Profanity or public display of affection is not allowed. - Fins must be worn only in the water. They must be taken off when out of the water. - All children who are not yet toilet trained must wear a swim diaper along with their bathing suit when entering the water. A plastic or rubber diaper cover is highly recommended in addition to a swim diaper and bathing suit. A swim diaper or regular diaper must be worn while out of the water. - The pool will close for 30 minutes when thunder is heard and/or lighting is sighted. The pool will reopen 30 minutes after the last thunder is heard or lighting is seen. Patrons must seek shelter under a man made structure during a thunderstorm. - Glass of any type is not permitted. - Alcohol and drugs are not allowed in the pool area. Intoxicated individuals will not be allowed into the facility. - Nerf balls, air mattresses and floats are allowed in the shallow end (4ft or less) only if the pool is not crowded. - Inner tubes are not allowed. - Baby floats are allowed only if the child is being supervised by an adult in the designated area. The child must be within arms reach of the supervising adult. - Bicycles, skates or skateboards are not allowed in the pool area. - Water guns are not allowed. - Lap lanes are for lap swimming only. - Plastic toys are allowed inside the pool area only with adult supervision. - Patrons cannot have children sitting on their shoulders or holding onto their backs. - Five minutes before every hour there will be a five minute safety check. All swimmers will be asked to get out of the pool, except for those who are doing swimming laps. - All children under the age of 10 must be actively supervised by someone that is 15 or older. All children between the ages of 10 and 14 must take a swim test if they do not have supervision. They will be allowed to swim in the pool if they pass the swim test.

Swimming Pool Rules - Any child between the ages of 0 through 10 years of age must be supervised by a person at least 18 years of age with proper swim attire and must remain with that adult at all times. Any child 11 years of age or older does not need to have anyone accompany them. - Remember children still in diapers must be wearing approved swim diapers in order to use our swimming pool. - No one is allowed in the pool area unless a lifeguard is on duty. - Approved swim attire must be worn while swimming at all times. This means swim wear only. No cutoffs, denim shorts or basketball shorts that are hanging off the body. All swimwear must have a liner. - Swim attire must be made of lycra, spandex or nylon. - No one having a contagious disease or infectious condition or having bandaging or healed abrasions will be allowed in the pool, including fresh tattoos. Refer any of the above cases to the Pool Supervisor. - Chewing gum and smoking are prohibited. - No running, pushing, shoving, horseplay or any other type of boisterous activity will be allowed in the pool area. - No breakable containers or glass allowed in the pool area. - Personal flotation devices may be used for therapeutic or rehabilitative purposes and may be used only with prior approval of the Pool Supervisor and a doctors note. All other flotation devices are prohibited for all patrons including children with the exception of coast guard approved lifejackets. - The use or possession of alcohol and drugs on city property is prohibited. - Anyone suspected to be under the influence will be prohibited from entering the facility. - Patrons are responsible for their own valuables and personal items. - Masks, fins and snorkels are not permitted.

Swimming Pool Rules - Pool patrons must wear proper swim wear. Patrons may enter the facility in street clothes, but may not enter the water or deck (concrete area surrounding the pool) in any capacity without proper swim attire. - Swim wear must be made of lycra or nylon and made for swimming - Patrons must wear swim suits only: trunks (with liners) for men, bathing suits for women. Only snug-fitting rash-guard shirts are permitted in the pool. - Children in diapers are not allowed in the pool unless they are wearing swim diapers. - All swim wear must be colorfast (non-fading). - No t-shirts, basketball shorts, cotton shorts, denim shorts or non-aquatic undergarments are allowed. - Appropriateness of clothing, coverage or swimwear is up to the discretion of the staff. - Diapers must be changed in and disposed of in restrooms. - Patrons with open sores, diarrhea, any infectious diseases, or who are openly bleeding are not permitted in the pool. - Children 10 and under must have a guardian with them who is 16 years of age or older. No child 10 and under may be left unattended inside the facility. - In order to enter the facility, groups must have a guardian-to-child ratio of 1 to 15 for children ages 10 and under. - Abusive, offensive or profane language will not be tolerated. - Running, pushing, wrestling or causing undue disturbance is not allowed. Misconduct of this or any other type is grounds for expulsion from the pool. - Lifeguards may exclude anyone from the deep water who has not demonstrated sufficient ability to swim. - Only Red Cross or Coast Guard-approved pool floats are allowed in the pool. - Only inflatable balls are allowed in the pool. Staff can deny use of these items if they are misused or if they cause a disturbance. - Food is allowed in designated picnic areas only. No glass containers or alcohol of any kind are allowed inside the facility - Do not lounge or loiter near the lifeguard, stand or talk with lifeguards while they are on-duty. Questions should be directed to Pool Attendants or Managers unless there is an immediate safety issue. - Drugs, alcohol and weapons are strictly prohibited. Possession will result in expulsion. - Patrons thought to be intoxicated will not be permitted to enter the facility. - Non-service animals are prohibited. - No tobacco products are allowed.

Swimming Pool Rules - All guests must pay the price of admission or have a current season pass to enter. - Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible person age 16 or older. - Animals are prohibited with the exception of service animals. Bags and coolers are subject to search. - Guests may be requested to complete a swim test to access certain areas of the pool. - Non-swimmers and weak swimmers may be required to wear a life jacket. - Guests must be 48" tall to ride the water slides. - Inflatable toys and water toys allowed at staff discretion. Personal flotation devices must be U.S. Coast Guard approved. - Proper swimwear is required. No revealing or transparent swimwear, denim clothing, or clothing with metal attached is permitted. - Swim diapers designated for pools are required for children who are not toilet trained, regular diapers are prohibited. - All guests must shower before entering the water. - Do not drink the pool water, spit or spout water from the mouth. - Running, dunking, riding on shoulders, fighting and rough housing are prohibited. Diving permitted in designated areas only. - Abusive or profane language directed to other guests or staff is not acceptable. Guests will be asked to leave without refund for using abusive or profane language. - Loitering is not permitted in and around the facility, including the parking lot. - Alteration or removal of safety equipment is prohibited except in an actual emergency. - All guests must obey the rules listed above and follow the instructions of Water Safety Staff.

Water Slide Rules - Riders must line up at the bottom of the slide stairs.- Riders must be at least 48 inches (48") tall. - Only one person at a time is allowed on the slide. - Landing area must be clear before rider slides down. - No flotation devices are allowed on the slide. - Backside must always be against the slide, no sliding face first, no standing, squatting or kneeling. - No spinning while riding slide. - Riders must exit landing area immediately after ride.

Swimming Pool Rules - Pool users must wear authorized swim wear. Clothing such as cut-offs, sports-wear, underwear and under garments is not permitted as swimwear. Shirts may not be worn. - All patrons must take a cleaning soap shower before entering the deck area. Sun bathers should shower before each entrance into the water in order to rinse off perspiration, lotions and sunscreens. - Any person having a skin disease, sore or inflamed eyes, cold, nasal or ear discharge, communicable disease or who is wearing any kind of adhesive bandage or band-aid will not be permitted in the pool. Persons having any considerable area of exposed sub-skin tissues, open blisters, cuts, are warned that these are likely to become infected. Such persons may not use the pool. - Any person who is experiencing diarrhea may not use the pool. - Running, boisterous or rough play, pushing, acrobatics, dunking, wrestling, splashing, yelling, diving or jumping haphazardly, snapping of towels, improper conduct causing undue disturbances in or about the pool area or any acts which would endanger any patron are prohibited. - Swimming under the bulkhead is prohibited. Patrons may not walk or sit on the bulkhead. - Spitting, spouting of water, blowing nose or urinating in the pool are prohibited. - Prolonged underwater swimming for distance is not permitted.
