KSW OILFIELD RENTAL Instruction for SuperVac Operation 1. Make sure pump switch is on side you wish to use (suction / discharge) and the all valves are closed, then turn on and let pressure build up until vac shuts off and then it is ok to start using valves as needed. Vac will automatically turn back on to build back up pressure as needed. 2. Do not over fill unit!!! All units have Empty / Full gauges. 3. When you are done using, turn off and close all valves. Bleed off pressure at bleed off valve at back end of vac and then switch pump to discharge and start over with step one to discharge. 4. Make sure vac tank and hoses are completely emptied so they don’t get clogged up or frozen!!!! 5. Check Oil Daily (Hydraulic Oil is ok to use if it is low) 6. Drain pots Daily!!! 7. If you have any electrical issues with SuperVac, contact KSW!!! 8. No One other than KSW should open electric boxes!!! 9. Make sure SuperVac is completely emptied before released. 10. SuperVac will not be moved under any condition with contents inside; operator will be billed for Vac truck charge and standby time to get emptied!!! 11. All repairs due to negligence will be billed to operator!!!
