We know that online shopping can be a little confusing at times, so here’s a list of questions our customers commonly ask.   • Do you offer volume pricing or discounts?

    Yes, we give volume discounts when you purchase as few as 10 IDENTICAL signs or labels. Discounts range from 5% to 30%, depending on the type and quantity of signs or labels you order. You'll see a Volume Purchase Discounts table on the product page where you select the quantity you want to order. Your discounted price will be shown at right on the shopping cart page.

  • Do you take purchase orders?

    Yes. We offer Open Account terms of Net 10 days (some exceptions apply), subject to submittal of references. To expedite your first order while we establish your open account status, please include payment with your order. Read more here.

  • Do you charge sales tax?

    Beginning in 2018, many states began requiring state sales tax collection from Internet sellers, so we now collect sales tax on orders from most states, unless a non-profit or re-sale certificate is noted with your order.   • How do I set up an account with ComplianceSigns?

    To get started, call Customer Service at (800) 578-1245 or email Sales@ComplianceSigns.com. We offer Open Account terms of Net 10 days (some exceptions apply), subject to submittal of references.   • Is there an additional charge for credit card payments?

    No, there’s no additional charge for credit card payments. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover. Payments can be made by credit card via our online shopping cart service, telephone order, email, or fax.

  • I need your W-9 taxpayer identification form. Where can I find it?

    You can view and print a copy of our W-9 form here.

  • Do you have a GSA contract?

    No, we no longer have a GSA contract, but we provide our standard low pricing to government entities.

  • How do I request a quote?

    Most signs and labels can be priced directly from our website, even custom designs. But if you’d like some help, just contact our office to discuss requirements and to obtain a custom sign quote. Call (800) 578-1245 or email Sales@ComplianceSigns.com.

  • How long does it take for a custom order?

    Most custom orders are shipped in 1-3 days, depending on the quantity and materials you choose, and you can order directly from our website. We’ll contact you if the quantity of your order might cause delays. If your custom order is especially urgent, we strongly recommend contacting us directly so we can expedite shipping.

  • How do I track my order?

    Go to our Order Status page and enter your order number and ZIP code. For your convenience, an Order Status link is at the top of every page.

  • How long before I get my order?

    Orders are processed in the order they are received - typically within 1 business day - and shipped as soon as possible upon verification and approval of payment. Many orders ship the same day! We make every effort to process and ship expedited orders the same day.

    Shipping transit time depends on the level of Fed Ex service you select. Processing and shipping times don’t include non-business days (i.e., Saturdays, Sundays, & holidays). If your order is especially urgent, we strongly recommend contacting us directly so we can expedite shipping.

    Shipping Options and typical delivery times:
    · Expedited: 1-2 business days from receipt of order (Cost: $46)
    · Premium: 3-5 business days from receipt of order (Cost: $23)
    · Standard: 5-7 business days from receipt of order (Cost: $9 or less)

  • Do you accept International orders?

    Yes. We take orders and ship to many areas outide the continental U.S. Shipping to these areas requires additional fees.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDER INFORMATION:

    -  All pricing is in US Dollars.
    -  Credit Card Payments will be accepted. Purchase orders will not be accepted without prior approval.
    -  Fixed shipping rates apply to US shipments only.
    -  International shipping will be charged at the time of shipping + $3 handling fee.

  • How much will it cost to ship my order?

    That depends on your shipping method and location.
    STANDARD shipping rates for ground service are:      TWO-DAY shipping (2nd Day) is available for:
        $6.00 for orders totaling less than $15           $23.00 for orders totaling up to $100.00
        $8.00 for orders totaling from $15 to $29.99        $25.00 for orders totaling $100.00 or more
        $9.00 for orders totaling from $30 to &74.99       OVERNIGHT shipping (Next Day) is available for:
        $10.00 for orders totaling from $75 to $149.99        $46.00 for orders totaling up to $100.00
        $12.00 for orders totaling $150.00 or more         $48.00 for orders totaling $100.00 or more

    Use your own shipping account: $3.00 verification fee per order
    Shipments outside the continental U.S. require additional shipping charges.

  • How long does shipping take?

  • Can I use my own shipping account?

    Yes. Just click that option as you place your order and enter the account information when asked. There will be a $3.00 verification fee.

  • Does Saturday count as a shipping day?

    No, shipping times don’t include non-business days (i.e., Saturdays, Sundays, & holidays). If your order is especially urgent, we strongly recommend contacting us directly so we can expedite shipping.

  • I need my order shipped to a different location than my billing address. Do I need to call you to set this up?

    Not at all. Just complete the separate Shipping Address section during the checkout process.

  • I need my order divided and shipped to multiple locations. Is that a problem?

    No, but additional shipping charges may apply. You’ll need to place your order through a customer service rep at (800) 578-1245 or Sales@ComplianceSigns.com.

  • Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

    No, we use shipping services that require a physical address.

  • Do you ship outside the U.S.?

    Yes. Shipping to these areas requires additional fees. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for more information on international orders.

  • Does it cost extra to ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii?

    Yes. Shipping to these areas, and anywhere else outside the continental U.S., requires additional fees. Contact customer service for a quote at (800) 578-1245 or Sales@ComplianceSigns.com.

  • Returns & Exchanges

  • Can I exchange my signs for a different color?

    We want you to be totally satisfied with your new signs, so if you have any issues with your order, please contact us so we can correct the problem. If you need to make a change to your order after you’ve received it, contact us to authorize a return or exchange. Read our full return / exchange policy here.   • Do your signs and labels include a warranty?

    Yes. All products are warranted by ComplianceSigns.com to be free of defects in material or workmanship at the time of shipment. Defective products, subject to inspection by ComplianceSigns.com, will be replaced or repaired at no charge. Damage caused by accidents or improper use is the responsibility of the Buyer.   • What should I do if an inspector says the sign/label I purchased from ComplianceSigns.com is incorrect?

    If this happens, contact our Customer Service team immediately at 800-578-1245. Please have the inspector's contact information and his / her reason for the failed inspection, so that we can properly follow up and make sure you receive the RIGHT SIGN.

    RIGHT SIGN Guarantee:

    We take extreme measures to make sure our standard signs and labels are compliant with state and federal guidelines. However, it is possible an individual inspector may differ in his/her interpretation of compliancy when evaluating your sign or label. For example, you may order a WARNING sign believing it is compliant and an inspector may tell you it should say DANGER instead.

    We attempt to follow up with the inspector to verify why he or she believes your sign does not meet their particular standard and determine how we can help resolve the situation. If a new sign is needed, we will stand by you with a full refund toward the purchase of a corrected sign/label.

    (This Guarantee is good within six months of purchase and does not apply to custom signs, or signs purchased prior to a change in rules/regulations/statutes.)

  • Is my online order secure?

    The ComplianceSigns.com site offers secure credit card payment through Authorize.net, a premier commerce processing service. All your private data is secured using 128-bit encryption, which safely encrypts the data before sending it to us. Only authorized employees are granted access to personally identifiable information, and the computers/servers where we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

  • Will you sell my information to a SPAM list?

    No. We won’t sell, share or rent your information to others for purposes of solicitation, so you don’t have to worry about receiving unsolicited email from other companies or individuals as a result of shopping with ComplianceSigns.com. We also won’t call you unless there is a problem with your order. ComplianceSigns.com reserves the right to use customer contact information for the purpose of providing customers with company information.
