The best way to prevent such an epidemic from spreading in the workplace might require one to live in a germ-free bubble but there are better ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cleaning frequently is one way to cut down on the number of cold and flu germs that are passed from one co-worker to another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Put on your armor and hold up your shield. And ensure your message doesn\u2019t blend in \u2013 make it stand out. Rotate your posters and replace old ones so message don\u2019t start to blend in with the wall space. With extra bottles of hand sanitizer readily available for all workers and eye-catching graphics, employees will quickly get in the habit of continuously washing their hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Take care of YOU<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sleep helps the body repair blood vessels and without quality sleep, your body is subject stressors that can make you sick. When you get plenty of rest, eat a balanced meal, and exercise, you\u2019re fueling your body with what it needs to fight off infection and stay healthy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Motivate your workers to eat right and exercise with programs like the Biggest Loser Challenge or by providing healthy snacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
