Only 15 manufacturers are on the list for the sixth time in 2015. “This is a great tribute to our employees, who take pride in their work and find innovative ways to help our customers,” said Sandefer. Safety signs aren't glamorous, but our people take pride in their work and find innovative ways to help our customers. They don't just take and fill orders. It may sound cliché, but our people really do set us apart from other manufacturing companies." We are grateful to our customers, partners and employees for helping us earn this recognition. For the second year in a row, ComplianceSigns, Inc. ranked in the top 5000 private growth companies in the United States. Our rank this year is 1,768 overall, and #49 in manufacturing. Ratings are calculated by dividing current year revenue by revenue from three years prior, comparing percentage growth in the three year window. Our growth was 150%.
"It is a difficult task for manufacturers to make this list because revenue scaling is more difficult compared to other industries such as financial services and insurance," said company president Paul Sandefer. "It is even more difficult to repeat year to year - because as a company grows, high growth percentages are hard to maintain. To make the list two years in a row is a testament to the hard work of our employees, and the contribution of our partners in very challenging economic times." We sincerely congratulate and thank the customers, employees, partners and friends of ComplianceSigns, Inc. Read our blog post about this honor here

While many small businesses have suffered in the latest recession, members of the Inc. 5000 list, including ComplianceSigns.com, have achieved significant sales and employment growth despite the many challenges of the current economy.
ComplianceSigns.com produces workplace safety signs, parking signs, no smoking labels, Braille restroom signs and other safety-related signs. Many of their products are used by other small businesses to comply with state, federal and local safety requirements, such as OSHA, ANSI, DOT and NFPA standards. Company clients include industrial manufacturers, retailers, schools, health care facilities, military and government agencies, professional buildings and churches.
